Klärungshilfe ist eine hoch effiziente, eigenständige Methode der Konfliktbearbeitung und Mediation. Sie wurde von den Psychologen Christoph Thomann und Friedemann Schulz von Thun in den 1980er-Jahren entwickelt.
Ziel ist es, Klarheit bezüglich der subjektiven Sicht auf die Situation der einzelnen Beteiligten zu gewinnen. Denn erst, wenn wirklich alles am Tisch liegt und alles gesagt wurde, ist Zukunft wieder planbar. Besonders gut eignet sich Klärungshilfe für Konflikte zwischen Menschen, die auch in Zukunft miteinander klarkommen müssen.
